7-Week Immersion Program to Transition to Plant-Based Living

There are remote parts of the world where degenerative chronic diseases are unknown: Heart disease, cancer, autoimmune diseases - epidemic here - are rare. Seniors  don't become infirm & demented as they age. ADHD, asthma, allergies, autism & mood disorders among kids are extremely uncommon.

The leading cause for the precipitous rise in chronic diseases in the West is our food. Our highly processed, fatty, meaty diet is by far the leading risk factor for death & disability in the US today (JAMA. 2013; 310(6):591-606. doi:10.1001/jama/2013.13805), significantly outpacing even tobacco use.


Evolution is a slow affair. For 200,000 years we co-evolved with our gut microbes, thriving on plants abundant in phytonutrients, resistant starches & fiber. Our biology is out of sync with the environment we've created for it, fueled by a Western-style diet very high in fats, animal proteins, sugar, salt & refined processed foods.  Our people are growing fatter & sicker at increasingly younger age & at an accelerating rate.

But here's the good news:  We each have the power take back our health by shifting our diets  strongly towards plants.  We don't have to give up delicious, satisfying foods!  Some people can make these changes on their own. For most, however, the learning curve & cultural headwinds are too daunting to accomplish alone.

Over 7 weeks, I will share nutritional information, teach you how to shop for the best foods & prepare an ABUNDANCE of delectable healthy recipes, progressively wean you off your attachments to destructive, inflammatory foods, support you throughout your transitioning process, so that step-by-step, you will develop the know-how, comfort & confidence to continue on a healthy course, resolving the UNDERLYING causes of disease, & allowing you to reclaim your health, vitality & peace of mind.
