COVID-19 has interrupted our routines and  focused attention inward. We are more attuned to our health, to what we eat, how it is grown, and to the impact that livestock and feed crops have had on land and water use, on species decline, on animal suffering, and on climate change.

Let's use this moment wisely to continue shifting our diets towards plants. When we do, we  also strengthen our social bonds around the kitchen table. We discover just how delicious, expressive, and rewarding plant-based home-cooking can be. (It's fun to play with your food!)

During the pandemic for everyone's safety, I have suspended personal chef services and cooking events. Instead, I am devoting my time to creating more valuable content for you with:
